If you&#8217;re a manager who is faced with managing workshifters or you&#8217;re a workshifter who would like to reassure your manager, there&#8217;s an interesting <a href=\"http:\/\/www.workshifting.com\/2011\/09\/an-interview-with-author-michael-kroth-phd-on-mobile-collaboration.html\">short interview<\/a> with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.michaelkroth.com\/\">Michael Kroth<\/a> coauthor of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.managingthemobileworkforce.com\/\">Managing the Mobile Workforce<\/a> over at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.workshifting.com\/\">Workshifting.com<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p> There&#8217;s not a lot of information in the interview but there is a pointer to the book&#8217;s Web site and blog. The author of the post, the president of an employee training and organizational consulting firm, is highly complementary of the book.
