I suppose in a way it makes them low hanging fruit and therefore makes sensible folks marginally safer but that's small comfort when you look at the list. It's not as if this was some esoteric subject known only to experts. It doesn't seem to matter how often the sermon is preached, people just aren't going to be sensible about their password choices.
